It’s approaching that time of year when we pause to offer thanks. At Mater Christi School, we are grateful that you have chosen to entrust us with your children, and we are thankful for your support of the school. Unlike other Catholic schools, Mater Christi School is self-sustaining through tuition and fund-raising and the tuition we charge only covers about 70% of the cost to educate a child, a gap of about $3,000 per child. We ask every family to make a gift to the Annual Fund to make up as much of that gap as possible within the family budget. We ask our community members — grandparents, past families, alumni — to support the mission of the school.  Gifts to the Annual Fund go directly to the operating budget of the school and are put to work immediately. You will receive an appeal letter in a few weeks — please give! And thank you.
