Admissions Process

Submit an online Admissions Inquiry to receive customized information and invitations to school events.
School Visit
Experience Mater Christi firsthand through a personal tour or during an open house.
Application
Our Admissions Office sends an application for you to submit via email. The application includes writing samples, a recommendation form from a current teacher, and report cards for the past two years. Once you submit the application, we will schedule a shadow day.
Shadow Day(s)
- Kindergarten-Grade 7 student applicants visit MCS as a regular student for a full school day. During this shadow day, the student applicant meets with our Director of Student Support Services.
- Preschool and Pre-kindergarten student applicants visit MCS for two shadow days: 8-11:30 (day 1) and 8-2:50 (day 2).
Parent Interview
Parent(s) or guardian(s) of the student applicant meet with Mater Christi School leadership to discuss potential enrollment.
Admission Decision
Each application is thoughtfully reviewed, and admission decisions are made on the 15th of each month, beginning on March 15. There are three different outcomes: an invitation for enrollment, a rejection letter, or a meeting with the school to discuss any potential student needs. Admissions at Mater Christi School are not conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we evaluate all the applications we receive and make our selections from that pool of applicants.
Enrollment
Accepted students receive enrollment materials to officially join the Mater Christi School community.
