Tuition at Mater Christi School

Mater Christi School Administrators, Board of Trustees, and the Sisters of Mercy are committed to maintaining an annual tuition that is affordable. The actual per-student cost at Mater Christi is in excess of $13,000. Unlike some Catholic schools, Mater Christi School is not subsidized with cash contributions from a parish or the Diocese. It is self-sustaining through tuition revenue and fund-raising. It is with great thought and careful deliberation that tuition rates are set.

Discount for families with multiple children enrolled.  The second child (youngest) will receive a 5% discount on tuition, while the third and any additional children will receive a 10% discount on tuition.

Registration for Current Families

The annual registration fee will be billed through your FACTS account in January. The Enrollment Contract and After School Program Enrollment form will be mailed to you in January. The registration fee and Enrollment Contract must be received by February 20 in order to secure your spot for either a current student or a sibling who plans to attend.  We look forward to another year with your family.

Tuition Payments

All tuition payments are paid through FACTS Tuition Management. For the academic year 2020-2021, registration fees will be charged through FACTS.

Tuition Assistance at Mater Christi School

We recognize that committing to an independent school education requires a great deal of sacrifice for many families, and for some families, tuition may present a barrier to achieving an independent education for their child or children. Mater Christi School maintains a policy of supporting families who may require financial support in order to pay tuition, and the school distributes in excess of $180,000 per year in tuition assistance. Tuition assistance is available for all grades and is considered at many income levels, depending on the number of students and financial restrictions. Applications for tuition assistance and tuition assistance recipients are held in confidentiality.
