I am grateful for the opportunity to help a variety of students learn and grow in many areas. My heart sings when a child’s eyes light up with understanding and confidence while we are working together. I received my Bachelors of Arts Degree from the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Ohio many years ago. The post graduate courses I have participated in since then have enhanced my ability to teach as well as solidified the certainty that being a lifelong learner is vital. I have had the privilege of teaching children and adults in 4 different countries. Facilitating learning is my vocation, it is my lifelong passion, it brings fulfillment.

My professional experiences include: Jesuit Volunteer Corp – Montana – 2 years; Frontier Apostolate – British Columbia, Canada – 6 years; St. Francis School – Vermont – 2 years; Maryknoll Lay Missioner – Cambodia – 5 years; Mater Christi School – Grade 4 – 2 years; Maryknoll Lay Missioner – East Timor – 4 years; Mater Christi School – Vermont – Grade 4, Grade 2, Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Grade 1, Support Services – 17 years.

“I’ve seen and met angels wearing the disguise of ordinary people living ordinary lives.” (Tracy Chapman)
