I grew up in East Longmeadow, a small town outside of Springfield, Massachusetts. After meeting my future husband at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, we both started our careers working in the Boston area. After a few years in Southern California, we returned to Ipswich, Massachusetts where I earned my graduate degree in elementary education and began teaching in Beverly, Massachusetts. In 2004, I moved with my husband, John, and my son, Jacob, to Williston, Vermont. Here in Vermont, we have come to cherish the beautiful surroundings and the quiet lifestyle. On weekends, I can be found cooking, walking our chocolate lab, reading, or playing golf. We spend as much time as we can in Stowe, where we have a place for quiet, family time. Having been at Mater Christi for most of my years here in the Green Mountain State, I consider it my second home. What a blessing it has been to touch the lives of so many wonderful students.
