Elementary Support Services
cduell@materchristischool.net
I settled in Vermont in 2018 after moving around parts of Virginia, Maryland, and Panamá after college. I’m thrilled to return for another year at Mater Christi as a support services teacher in the elementary school! I love working in many classrooms and with all of the elementary students. I hold a Master’s degree in teaching from Saint Michael’s College and have an Elementary Education teaching license for grades K-6. Before teaching, I worked as an environmental engineer both in the US and internationally in the Peace Corps. My engineering background gives me a particular passion for supporting math. Outside of work, I love to explore Vermont’s seasonal activities with my husband, daughter, son, and two dogs. We are excited to be welcoming a new baby to join our family in January! I especially love to ski, ice skate, backpack, and recharge my batteries outdoors. I look forward to another year of fun and learning with our students at MCS!
