Margret Brescia

Board Member

Margret Brescia holds a degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Science and a certificate in Accounting and she is currently finishing her Master’s Degree in Accountancy from Champlain College.  She has worked for SymQuest Group in South Burlington VT for 16 years, starting out as their Accounts Payable Specialist, moving onto Staff Accountant, Finance Manager, and currently serving as their Division Accounting Manager.  Margret oversees all financial duties and is the liaison between SymQuest and their corporate owner Konica Minolta.

Along with being a member of the Finance Committee at MCS, Margret also volunteers with the Alburgh Fire and Rescue Squad helping with any financial needs that arise.

Margret lives in Alburgh with her husband Pete and their son Anthony.  Anthony is a Mater Christi graduate, class of 2019. While Anthony attended MCS, Pete and Margret taught the Four Winds Program for many years and Margret volunteered as room parent and lunch room “mom” for most of Anthony’s attendance.
