I grew up in Lynnfield, Massachusetts and had not even been to Vermont until college! I attended Saint Michael’s College where I met my husband. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and American Studies. After graduation, my husband and I both got jobs in Vermont and have been here ever since! I taught 5 th grade at Saint Mary’s School in Middlebury until I had my oldest son. While teaching at Saint Mary’s, I received my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Vermont. I spent nine wonderful years staying home with my three children who are now 10, 8, and 5. Last year, I was a long-term substitute teacher on the Intermediate team and am so happy to be a permanent fixture on the floor!

When I am not at MCS, I love spending time with my family at our home in Charlotte. I also love spending time with my horse, anything Fall or Christmas, and baking.
