MCS Summer Camp 2023

As you consider your plans for 2022, please review the sample programming below. MCS Summer Camp is a program available to children ages 3 – 10 years old, fully potty-trained.

These exciting, action-packed, themed summer programs offer something for everyone – from “Looking for Champ” to “STEAM week”, your camper won’t want to leave! The camp operates from 7:30 AM-3:30 PM, $350/week.

Session 1: June 26th. – June 30th.Looking for Champ

This week we will explore the fascinating legend of Lake Champlain’s very own sea monster “Champ”. Scavenger hunts and beach visits will be a part of the schedule as campers enjoy water games and excursions during our warm summer days.


Session 2: July 10th. – 14th.  –  STEAM Week

Calling all future scientists! Let’s create, experiment, and have fun! This week we hope to inspire our campers to look at our amazing world with curiosity, creativity, and exploration. STEAM Week will get to enjoy daily experiments, both indoor and outside, to stimulate their scientific curiosity.


Session 3: July 17th. – 21st.Outdoor Explorers

Let’s explore the natural beauty of VT in our outdoor explorers week! We will stretch our legs and check out some of the beautiful places our awesome state has to offer. We will hike, swim, and enjoy the warm summer sun in this awesome week of camp!


Session 4: July 24th. – 28th.To Infinity and Beyond

Calling all future astronauts! This week we will immerse ourselves in the world of outer space! In this week of camp we will explore the wonders of our galaxy by making rockets, searching for space rocks, and much much more!


Session 5: July 31st. – August 4th. – Art in Nature

In this week of camp, we will immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Vermont landscape and create some beautiful art sourced from nature. We will play games, build fairy houses, scavenge for some natural art supplies, and much more in this week of camp!


Session 6: August 7th. – August 11th.Where the Wild Things Are Week

Let’s get out in nature! In this week of camp, our explorers will be learning about gardening, growing their own plants, exploring the great outdoors, and the awesome ecosystem we have here in Vermont!

Session 7: August 14th. – 18th. Olympics Week

Let’s get our team spirit going! In our final week of camp, each camper will have a chance to participate in our MCS Summer Camp Olympic Games! Each team will compete against the others in various activities, and at the end of the week, the team with the highest number of points wins our coveted golden Laurels.
