Jaclyn Cline

Spanish Teacher Grades 4 - 8

I grew up nearby in Colchester, Vermont and attended the Colchester School District kindergarten through twelfth grade. As a junior in high school, I served as Senate Page in Washington D.C. representing Vermont on behalf of Senator Leahy. After high school, I attended the University of Vermont and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education with a Spanish concentration as well as licensure in Education for Cultural Linguistic Diversity (ELL). I spent my sophomore year of college in Viña del mar, Chile, where I fell in love with the language and culture.  When I am not in Vermont teaching, I am continuing my Spanish studies in Barcelona, Spain.  Most importantly, I have a lot of family ties to Mater Christi School and am proud to be working here as a teacher!
