Heather Lemon

Heather is a Financial Consultant focusing on 401(k) Plans with NBT Financial Services in Burlington, VT. She began her career in the banking industry in 1998. In 2001 she earned her securities and insurance licenses. She holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designations through the college of Financial Planning and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation through FI360. Heather’s principal focus is to implement and monitor business retirement accounts with high touch service. Time is a scarce commodity for small businesses, and with over 16 years of experience in the industry, Heather streamlines efficiencies and compliance for business owners so that they can provide a quality retirement benefit to their employees while reducing the time and burden required to run their plan. Heather lives in Essex with her husband, Mike and son Jack, who is a current student at Mater Christi.

In addition to her role as Trustee, Heather is Chair of the Finance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.
