Jaclyn Cline

Jaclyn Cline grew up nearby in Colchester, Vermont and attended the Colchester School District kindergarten through twelfth grade. She played field hockey, tennis, and was on the ski team. Additionally, as a junior in high school, Jaclyn served as Senate Page in Washington D.C. representing Vermont on behalf of Senator Leahy. She valued her time working in the  Capitol and loves talking to her students about her experience. After high school, Jaclyn attended the University of Vermont and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education with a Spanish concentration as well as licensure in Education for Cultural Linguistic Diversity (ELL). She spent her sophomore year of college in Viña del mar, Chile, where she fell in love with the language and culture. Outside of the classroom, Jaclyn loves to continue her travels to explore new places and cultures. She also enjoys cooking, attending OrangeTheory classes, and spending time with her family. Jaclyn’s family now resides in York, Maine but she loves Vermont and is so happy to call it her home. Señorita Cline has a lot of family ties to Mater Christi School and is proud to be working here as a teacher!
